Azerbaijani entrepreneurs are being invited to purchase a building that held the famous Westin hotel in Valencia (Spain).
Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO) said that famous banks and hotel networks put up their property for sale as offices or hotels, as well as being ready to lease their buildings in connection with a significant drop in property prices in Spain.
"'Currently, buying a property in Spain is quite profitable compared to the situation three or four years ago', the statement said."According to the forecasts, Spain is expected to gradually overcome the crisis from 2014.
In this regard, AZPROMO invites Azerbaijani business people to consider the proposals to acquire the ownership or lease the property in Spain.
